LaLiga Academy Dubai is thrilled to announce the resumption of indoor training as ISD Dubai Sports City re-opened Dubai’s only full-sized indoor football pitch, made with imported, FIFA-approved materials to ensure optimal performance and player safety. This state-of-the-art indoor facility, located within ISD Dubai Sports City, is designed to enhance the playing experience for both amateur and professional athletes, while prioritizing sustainability and health.
Under the leadership of CEO Daniels Petrovs, ISD Dubai Sports City continues to set new standards in sports facilities. The newly relaunched pitch features a cutting-edge surface that uses natural cork infill sourced from Portugal, replacing traditional tire crumb rubber. This innovative choice addresses health concerns related to chemical exposure, particularly for children, ensuring a safer playing environment.
Constructed with the FIFA-certified GreenFields MX Elite system imported from the Netherlands, the pitch guarantees optimal performance and is fully recyclable, significantly reducing the carbon footprint typically associated with artificial sports fields.
