Terms & Conditions – Win a scholarship

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of the contest. By submitting the participation form, you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety in addition to any other law or regulation that applies to the contest.

Should you object to any term or condition of the terms of use or privacy policy, you may not participate in the contest.

Participation

• One can participate in the contest by successfully submitting the form on the contest page here.
• You can participate on behalf of another person who satisfies the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2 titled Eligibility.

Eligibility

• The contest is open to children between the ages of 3 and 17 years.
• The child must be a resident of Dubai.
• The form must be completed and submitted on the designated landing page to be considered for the lucky draw.
• Ineligible entries will be disqualified.

Contest Period

Entry Restrictions

• Multiple entries by the same person will be considered as one entry.
• Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

Prizes

• There will only be one winner of the lucky draw who will receive:
  • A full-year scholarship to LaLiga Academy Dubai.
    • The level of the winner will be assessed by our UEFA certified coaches and the player will assigned to an appropriate training program (Know more about our programs).
  • Full football gear from PUMA.
• Consolation prizes will be awarded, but the number and nature of these prizes will be decided by the organizers, and this decision will be final.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
• The decision of the organizers, PUMA & LaLiga Academy Dubai, will be final and binding.

Announcement and Notification

• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in the entry form.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days after they have been notified, the organizers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

General Conditions

• By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• Participants consent to the use of their names and likenesses in promotional materials without additional compensation.

Privacy

• The personal data of participants will be used solely for the purpose of this contest and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may prevent participation in the contest.
• Participants release the organizers from any liability arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of any prize.

Governing Law

• The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
